DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Please allow up to 10 working days for all orders to be dispatched. We aim to dispatch all orders well in advance of this, however, please do allow this time especially at launches. If after this time, your order has not been dispatched please send an email to email@example.com and we will look in to the delay for you.
All orders are shipped with tracking.
Delivery within the UK is with Royal Mail and the estimated delivery time is 2 - 3 days from dispatch.
International Delivery times are approximately 5 - 15 Business days depending on your location and chosen delivery service. We offer both a Standard and Express Option.
Please note that delivery times are approximate and sometimes orders are held up in customs at the destination country. Unfortunately, this is out of our control and any hold ups are not factored into the estimated delivery time frame.
Delivery Options and Prices
Royal Mail First Class 2-3 business days - £5.50
Standard 10-15 business days - £13
Express 2-5 business days - £26
Please note, the Standard delivery option will use the destination country's postal service once it arrives in the destination country.
The Express option will use a door to door courier service.
For all UK returns, please click here and follow the instructions. Please note, you only need to enter one 'SKU' to proceed with the labels. On the packing slip, please specify all SKUs that are being returned.
SKUs can be found on the hangtag or on your order confirmation email.
Please note, UK returns will have £4.50 deducted from the final refund amount to cover the cost of the returns label.
For all international returns the cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Light LDN will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.
Refunds are available for all unworn items. The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery of your order to be eligible for a refund.
Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and sanitary labels. Once Light LDN has received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. Light LDN reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
Please allow up to 30 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Light LDN. You will be informed via the email address used for your order with Light LDN once the refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account that the payment had originally come from.
Summer Bundle and Bralette Bundle Refunds
Please note that any returned item from a bundle offer will only be eligible for a refund on the discounted price, not the original full price of the item.
We do not offer exchanges. Please make a return and place a new order.
